Maths Problem of the Week!

Michael is getting ready to go to a football match. He wants to figure out how many people will be there. He knows that there are 25 rows of seats, and each row has 10 seats in it. How many seats are there in the football stadium?

R - Read the problem and make sure you understand what is being asked.


U - Underline the important parts of the problem.



D - Draw it out! This can really help you see what is being asked.




E - Estimate your answer.
