A huge pat on the back to both Jack Kearney and Zach Gilmartin O'Neil who were both selected as winners of the Dublin Bus Calendar Competition. Both pupils will be presented with awards and have their work displayed in the 2015 calendar. Well done!

Fruity Fresh Friday

Last Friday we made some delicious smoothies.

All you need is a handful of strawberries, a banana, milk ans some honey. Ice is optional.

Vegtable Juice recipe

Serves two

1 cucumber
1/2 lemon
4 stalks of celery
Thumb of ginger
1 apple
1 pear
Handful spinach

We are trying to eat as much fresh fruit and veg as we can. Last Friday we made some delicious vegetable and fruit juice. Recipes will be posted soon.

Yesterday was a great start to our rugby training sessions. If you're a fifth or sixth class pupil and interested in rugby, get a consent form and come to training on Thursday at 3:45.
